The concept of the "Trinity" was created as a political tool during a struggle between opposing Chapters of Early Proto-Christianity. It's meaning was that one group were REAL Christians while the other was excluded from the power and control hierarchy. It was successful and so became a touchstone for defining who was politically in power and who was not.

I feel that you emphasize the political and carnal elements of the church and downplay the spiritual disciplines that made them unified within their clubs.What I mean is this. GOD had 1 (only) begotten son. Jesus was essentially Gods essence and character in the flesh.(According to my beliefs.)Jesus had 12 disciples. 12 disciplines, 12 characters. As the church grew, it produced teachers who spread the discipline of the narrative that was Christianity.Each Disciple was a character unto themself. They were also strongly linked in character and common union (communion) with their teacher(Disciple) who taught them. As an example, if you had Peter as a teacher, you would learn about the Spirit of the living God through the character, behavior, and discipline of Peter. You would get the good and the bad, but you could rest assured that your teacher knew the character of his teacher (Jesus)without compromise.As years went by, the strength of the passed down character naturally grew more diluted, compromising and less like the originator.(Jesus) What I believe has kept the church from totally disintegrating and splitting apart is the Holy Spirit. The comforter whom Jesus originally sent. It is this glue that keeps the church strong.You acquired your character from your parents and Joe Wood, as well as the Socratic teachers whom you had. I would maintain that not all of your teachers had the same character, which is both good and bad. It is good because Christians are all unique. It is bad because spurious beliefs from other sources of character crept into the teaching and diluted and corrupted Jesus original message. There is, after all, only one Jesus. Critics may argue that the human element is relative among humans and thus we can ALL be teachers.
