do you want to make one correction?

You imply that there is some conflict between theology, specifically Christian Theology and Science. Since that does not seem to be the case (almost all Christian Sects accept the TOE and BB), do you want to reword it to make it clear that you are speaking of some subset of Christians and not Christianity itself.

Admins are not here to debate.

We can only make suggestions that might help make your opening post better or more focused.

It is then up to you whether you wish to follow their suggestions or not.

If you do not want to make the suggested changes I have no problems with its promotion.

There is one possible solution for you to the issue of getting overwhelmed by respondents.

If you would like, create a new Proposed New Topic. Ask that it be set up as a Great Debate. There will then be only one person that you will have to respond to and all other input from other posters will be restricted. You can even request, if you want, that your counterpart in the discussion be a Christian if you wish to contrast the Biblical Creationist viewpoint with that of the mainstream Christian communion.

If you would like, please feel free to take that route.
