I'll have a look at that paper later, but I'm not expecting much bcoz so far your attempts to provide a practical use for UCD have failed. To wit: The four examples you presented in Message 795 ... which I responded to in Message 920, Message 921, Message 924 and Message 925. Neither of the four examples provided what you claimed they would.
