If the Feds were smart, they would surround the building and starve them out. I think that is pretty much what the feds are now doing. Some of the holdouts are realizing that they may have missed an opportunity to go home.

And since they were part of a group action it's likely they can individually be held accountable for any actions of the groups. Just driving the getaway car in a bank robbery is not a lesser offense.
Anyone so limited that they can only spell a word one way is severely handicapped!

And because the felonies were committed with the use of guns they will now fail background checks. Which raises the question whether they can legally posses weapons. I imagine a hostile takeover of a government building could land them, at a minimum, 3-5 years in a federal penitentiary. That's about right. As a couple of people have pointed out, some of these guys may well accomplish their goal of occupying federal property until the Hammonds are freed from prison. Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also in prison. Which raises the question whether they can legally posses weapons. If they are convicted felons I would think not. A silver lining. As long as they don't let them plea-bargain their way out of this. Hopefully they will be charged with more than they have been arrested on.

What will be most interesting to me is, once the feds clear out the buildings and confiscate what the traitors left behind, what are they going to do with the dildos, personal lubricants and penis gummies?
I think they ought to put it all up for auction, one gummie dick at a time. And then use the proceeds to buy up the surrounding ranch land to add to the refuge. Edited by AZPaul3, : title

Well, there's another federal offence we can get them on. Those dildos were sent to the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. I'll bet the packaging even has the Malheur address on them. They are government property.
Burned them, you say. Cruel and heartless. Do these people not realize there are entire communities of real Americans across this land that still suffer grave deficiencies in adult sex toys? That's terrorism. Edited by AZPaul3, : No reason given.

The gummy dicks will be consumed by the time it's all over, but Malheur occupiers: ‘All of us out or all dead’ quote: This has turned into pure entertainment. Hopefully they will be charged with more than they have been arrested on. Presumably a grand jury will be convened to determine if the evidence is sufficient to proceed with trials, and they could consider a number of different charges not in the works yet -- as in the grand jury in texas returned indictments of the Planned Parenthood video hoaxters/frauds. Should be interesting. Enjoy.by our ability to understand Rebel☮American☆Zen☯Deist ... to learn ... to think ... to live ... to laugh ... to share. We’re waiting for our miracle. If this doesn’t wake America up, I don’t know what will. I wonder what he thinks the American people are supposed to wake up to. Maybe that we have domestic terrorists and traitors that need to be rolled out on a gurney? I thing we already know that.
