Peter Borger is no longer here because he turned every thread in which he participated into a discussion of his GUToB, and when asked to limit discussion of GUToB to only a couple threads he refused.

Peter Borger is free to return whenever he likes, but unless he has acquired the ability to follow moderator requests since his last visit, he'll quickly lose his privileges again.
