I don't think it's even illegal to attempt it. When was the last time you heard about someone being charged for it? My brother in law made the attempt but they didn't charge him with anything.Oh, yeah, I mean of course the police will try to stop you; that's what they do, protect people from fatal injury and harm.But you don't see the police make you stop smoking, do you? Except in places where other people have to breathe it, of course. After all you didn't ask them. But it's legal to smoke, even though the consequences are way worse than two women going down on each other.
