Very interesting question. You see that universe was born with reversal of the roatational sense in the singularity acording to Eugene Savov's theory of interaction. This reversal removes the singularity and so we exist. The retrograde motions of planets and moons, according to this theory are explained in the same way as the opposite directions of the Jupiter's wind belts. Simply the underlying structure has alternating inward and outward 3D-spiral swirlly motions.
