I'll be honest, a frontal lobotomy, the removal of my higher reasoning, is the only thing that could possibly make me a theist.
LOL. Careful there. Many an athiest has been converted by prayer of Christians, the drawing power of God's Holy Spirit, enlightment from God's holy book, and conviction of sin, righteousness and judgement.

Re: No Turning Back!
According to Revelation 13, all nations and tribes and tongues will be required to worship the beast's (world power) speaking image or to be killed. In Revelation 20 we learn that the method of execution will be by beheading. The TV/computers in homes are indeed speaking images viewable by all nations, tribes and tongues.
Only in these latter techy days has this prophecy been fulfillable.
Christians are forbidden to worship any beside Jehovah, the Biblical god. If I am still alive when this (soon to come) requirement becomes reality, I will be beheaded rather than to recant.
Last century, millions of Christians were killed by their own athiestically minded, anti-religion governments rather than deny God and for religious activities. If need be, I would have been one of them, rather than to deny the Lord Jesus Christ.

Simple. If buzsaw prays for me to get struck by lightning and I do indeed get struck by lightning, I will convert.
LOL, Taz. If you get struck by lightning, too late to convert. Judgement next.
Na'er a curse wish from ole man Buz, Taz. Buzsaw prays only what's good for you. May God's goodness and mercy be upon you and yours.

Well, one thing's for sure. They were never converted by evidence.
Many were and/or are scientists who work with the evidence. They discovered that, low and behold, there's more than one interpretation of things observed.

Welcome to EvC, Tram law. Two problems in the video:
1. There are former theists here who have converted to athiesm, contrary to the video.
2. Your video athiests would require specific dates for fulfillment of prophecy. Why? What's wrong with specific events or specific evidence verifying fulfillment; evidence, that is, like things naturally impossible, such as techy stuff na'er thought possible becoming reality and a nation of people scattered globally to return to their native nation after dispersion of nineteen centuries, etc?

Well, Hun, you're supposed to pray for the nonlethal lightening. You know, just a tap on the shoulder to get his attention.
Mmm, hadn't thought of that. Maybe that would be merciful and good for God to do, if that's what it would take to save the lost soul.

It does not pay a prophet to be too specific.
A prophet need not specify dates in mellinnial prophecy to be specific, especially when fulfillment entails eras such as the Industrial (and techy) Revolution rather than specific dates.

Re: Athiest Scientists Converted To Theism
nator writes:
Is there a list somewhere?
Here is a page of quotes from some who either have converted or who reason that theism is a viable explanation for observed phenomena.
This conversion of an athiest physicist is one example in the page of quotes. After conversion he authored the book, The Physics Of Christianity.
Frank Tipler (Professor of Mathematical Physics): "When I began my career as a cosmologist some twenty years ago, I was a convinced atheist. I never in my wildest dreams imagined that one day I would be writing a book purporting to show that the central claims of Judeo-Christian theology are in fact true, that these claims are straightforward deductions of the laws of physics as we now understand them. I have been forced into these conclusions by the inexorable logic of my own special branch of physics." (16) Note: Tipler since has actually converted to Christianity, hence his latest book, The Physics Of Christianity.
