Again, I think this comes down to a lack of reading comprehension. His answer could not be more clear. If you can only handle a pure binary yes/no answer, then I'm sorry - perhaps if you acknowledge Rahvin's excellent answer, and then politely ask if is able to summarise that to a yes or no, you may get your wish.
