The website describes how you can do it.
All you have to do is prove evolution is fact.

Say what you want about Kent Hovind.
The fact is no one can collect the $250,000. "I have a standing offer of $250,000 to anyone who can give any empirical evidence (scientific proof) for evolution.* My $250,000 offer demonstrates that the hypothesis of evolution is nothing more than a religious belief. " Evolution is just a belief.

a)will the panel consist of a bunch of dyed in the wool creationists?

Creationism is not even a belief. It is a wish.
Kent is offering for anyone to prove the earth is millions of years old, and no one can do it. Believe the earth is millions of years old is a wish.

quote: According to Kent that's not what the panel consist of. "A committee of trained scientists will provide peer review of the evidence offered and, to the best of their ability, will be fair and honest in their evaluation and judgment as to the validity of the evidence presented. " What do you have to show what the committee consists of other than your oppinion?

Wrong, he is offering to pay anyone who can prove evolution. And no, it is not a belief. There is abundant evidence to support it. You may wish to ignore that evidence but you can't make it go away. Oh, well I guess no one wants $250,000 then. Hmm, makes sense.

"Persons wishing to collect the $250,000 may submit their evidence in writing or schedule time for a public presentation. "
You can even submit your evidence in writting without a debate! Yet no one has collected it.

By the way, how do we know that Kent has the money. Wasn't he convicted of tax fraud or something? My money is just a good as his, by the way.
He started the bet 10 years ago with $10,000. No one has collected it. I'm sure he has the money. But even if he didn't have the money, don't you think evolutionist would prove evolution to him just to shut him up?

Evolutionists don't say that science proves evolution, either. It supports evolution overwhelmingly, but proof? You need to go elsewhere for that.

Then I want every single school textbook that the kids are learning to say that the theory has never been proven. You know that those books present evolution as proven fact, and that simple isn't true. Until anything is proven fact it's just a belief.

Evolution is a fact, because we observe and infer it in nature.

There are six different kinds of evolution that would have to happen to get us where we are today. Only ONE has been observed and that is adaptation. Assuming that adaptation proves the other 5 forms of evolution is in no way scientifically provable. Adaptation is also evident of a "good design."

quote: People go to truth because they believe in God and want to know more about God. If someone doesn't believe in God, they don't have to go to church. If someone doesn't believe in all the 6 types of evolution they still have to go to school. Creation has scientific basis and religious basis. Evolution just has the belief that it is scientific based.

People who go to religious schools because their parents make them have God presented as 100% FACT. They also have the THEORY of evolution presented to them.
Then kids should be presented with creation in schools as well.
