Blasphemy!
Concur with the controversial opinion that "religion is ridiculous."
I think most recreational drugs should be legal, and that the war on drugs is a waste of money and effort. Legalizing them would undercut the drug economy, and the money spent on pursuing, prosecuting, and ultimately warehousing drug users (most of the "war on drugs") would be better spent on public treatment programs.
I am pro-death penalty, but do think it is implemented haphazardly and unfairly.

Might depend on the particular crime, for example there's not much chance Ted Bundy or Gacy could have been rehabilitated. Many crimes of opportunity are the end result of a complex alignment of factors, and might be good targets for actual rehabilitation.
