No, that is not true. I guess only conservatives really know what PC is, liberals make it up to suit themselves. But PC is a specific way of thinking that originated in Cultural Marxism, that labels conservative opinion as racist, homophobic, Islamophobic and similar things to discredit their opinions by guilt, and shut them up. A perfect example Right-Wing PC (RWPC) or Fundamentalist PC (FPC). You use PC as the absolute, most derogatory, label you can put on anyone who disagrees with you and if you can add Marxist or communist to the label, to demean your opponent, so much the better. You are using the PC label in exactly the same way you moan about your opponents using racist, homophobic, Islamophobic labels. Some people find your brand of PC to discredit their opinions by guilt and shut them up, pretty unpalatable. Some of us find the views you express here at EvC on every subject to be nothing more than Right-Wing Fundamentalist PC.

On a lot of issues progs have given up arguing the issues and used a weaponized version of PC to shut down the opposition and all discussion of those issues. If you don't see this, I guess fish don't see the water in which they swim. For others it is glaringly obvious. Yeah, I have seen that and I've watched the cons do their own version of it. Swiftboating......tell a lie over and over from their bully pulpit and it becomes the truth. Hannity, Limbaugh, Beck have perfected the technique.
