Evolution.

The Earth came from the stars, the stars came from collections of gas that began fission, the gas came from elements, the elements came from atoms, the atoms came from subatomic particles, the subatomic particles came from the mind of god. Or insert your scientific or religious belief here. Once quantum mechanics gets involved things dont make sense to me anymore. Some others on this board can perhaps explain it much better.

As I understand it, and it has been awhile, the elements that make up the things in the universe came into being when the universe began to cool after the big bang. I do not know the mechanism by which the Earth formed, but I believe it was by acretion of elements.. I was incorrect about stars forming the Earth.. It was by way of acretion.

acretion is a fancy word for how the raw elements that make up the Earth over billions of years gathered together to make up this planet.

NosyNed has asked you some valid questions teen. Perhaps narrowing down your queries will help focus what exactly is it you want "proven" to you. Please re-read Neds post to you it was polite, concise, well organized and I think he genuinely wants to help.
