From a non-denominational point of view, yes we are born with original sin. But you aren't accountable for it until you reach the age of accountability.
For instance, sin entered the world when Adam ate the fruit, not Eve. Eve did not sin *subject to debate, a more accurate interpretation would be she sinned, but did not cause sin to enter the world* because was decieved. Adam knew what he was doing and made the choice to eat the fruit. The same concept applies to kids until they reach "that" age.

Then the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."
Genesis 3:13
But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent's cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ.
2 Corintians 11:13
And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
1 Timothy 2:13,14[/qs]
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
1 Corinthians 15:22
Adam was not decieved, therefore he made the choice to disobey.

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

If you quote the passage in context you see that after Eve made that statement, the serpent made a counter argument, "You will not surely die." One could conclude this was the first time Eve was ever presented with a moral choice from the point of view of the benefits of eating the fruit. She then saw it as desireable for gaining wisdom.
Genesis 3:2,
The woman said to the serpent, "We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, 3 but God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.
"You will not surely die," the serpent said to the woman. "For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."
When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it...Gen 3:4-6

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

Re: Original Sin: Accept no substitutes!
The serpant had the spirit of rebellion which he passed on as a choice...the tree was the object of the choice. God may have allowed a freewill Lucifer to rebel and become Satan, but God never created Satan as rebellious.
quote:
no, you're thinking paradise lost, not the bible. let's get a few identities straight here. there's no rebellion in the heavens, no fall of the devil, no "Devil" captial letter, that's ALL modern dogma and paradise lost. not the bible.
{Fixed above quote box - AM}
2 Peter 2:4
For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them into gloomy dungeons to be held for judgment
Isiah 14:12
12 How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! 13 You said in your heart "I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly,on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.
There is also a passage that says 1/3 of the angels went with him, but I can't find it at the moment.
