But, the 'laws of nature' are descriptive, no prohibitive. If you encounter a situation that has not been encountered before, it can be described, and therefore be part of 'descriptive'.

It has to do with the fact the 'laws of nature' are descriptive, not prohibitive.
There is no supernatural, there is only the natural, too narrowly defined.
