You agreed with me that if a child asked me if there was a Santa Clause and I said yes I would be lying.
Your problem is that "Does Santa Exist?" is not a yes/no question.
Santa Does exist as a fictional character in Christmas folklore.
Santa Does Not exist as a real person.

Yes, he exist AS A FICTIONAL CHARACTER
