Desserts
If the world was wiped out and every living thing why is it strange I asked you to explain why finding 'desert' deposits is a problem?
Joe doesn't get time to be on all that often. I will jump in to try to move the debate along a bit.
The desert deposits are in the middle of what at least some creationists claim are flood deposits. Either they are not flood deposits or you have to explain how desert deposits happen in a world wide flood.
If they are not flood deposits how do you know that? Which deposits are flood and which are not?
The rest of your post doesn't seem to have any real evidence based content. If I missed something perhaps you could peel it out to show me.
Meanwhile there is this line:
simple writes:
My opinion of it has been it may not be perfect, but its better than that forgery pile of evolution. Someone posted the errant daters must be given another chance, and not thrown out of court for saying what was not true. How about the known hoaxes, and frauds often done (that were caught) by evo liars?
This is an outrageous accusation! You had better be able to support it or withdraw it. You are speaking out of total ignorance of the subject and calling people liars. I'm afraid that the only evidence we have of possible lieing is your claim in the sorting area that experts have solved it. I will retract that when you provide the solution.
Personally, unsupported claims of this kind are, in my mind a good reason for banishment but that will remain up to the admins.

Re: easy pickins
Not all magma was deposited underwater.
It wasn't? How do you know? Which strata are flood and which are not?
Which sandstone do you mean and why is it absolute that it was formed under dry conditions. Why would a dry period in the recession stage of the flood not handle it?
What dry periods? It rained for 40 days the earth was completely under water and in a year it dryed up. Isn't that what the Bible says? Please explain just what did happen and why you think the Bible is wrong about this.
It seems you'll have to fill in the details since the Bible is a bit short of them and you haven't seemed to have gotten your flood story straight from there.

keep that focus
You seem to be having a bit of a problem sticking with the topic under discussion. Why in the world would you bring 'monkey trails' up in the middle of all this?
There is some degree of desparation hinted at in this post. Take a deep breath.

Nonsense?
I think you need to point out why it is utter nonsense not just assert that.
Ah but JonF has done it again. Thanks Jon

Re: Whats up with the Flood?
You'd have to be pretty simple to believe it based on that, wouldn't you?
