What benefit has it had on African Americans? How has it made black lives matter?
I don't really know anything about the Black Lives Matter movement, nor what they do, but your demand for tangible results seems a bit unreasonable, since they have only been in existence a couple of years at most. If we were to brand every political movement that hadn't acheived something clear and concrete within its first few months a failure and a distraction then we should probably just abandon all political activism,
Similarly, the legislation you're demanding to see the obvious benefits from was signed into law 37 days ago. Patience might seem reasonable.
