Since you are a fan of both Guiness and Ciders, I would like to recommend my favorites to you. You will need a large glass, I usually use a 22oz or more. Pour in a bottle of Ace pear cider, about three quarters of the glass. Then use a spoon to float Guiness on top of the cider. Same as you would do if you are making a black and tan. It is called a black satin and it is very tasty. The same can be made with an apple cider and an oatmeal stout, also very good. Don't know what those are called but I like to call 'em apple oatmeal stouts. I know, not very creative
