You probably found this by now, but if you look under the "tools" column in the file manager, one of the icons on text file lines (unless you don't have sufficient permissions for writing) is a little pen, and if you hover over it will say "Click to edit the file." Clicking will open up a window with the file, and you can then edit it. Clicking "Save" will save it away but leave the window open for more editing. Clicking "OK" will save it away and close the window.There's also the WYSIWYG editor whose icon is next to it, but I've never used that.You can also upload a completely new version of the file by clicking on "Add New File". You browse to the pathname on your computer for the file you're uploading. Presumably it will overwrite the existing copy when it uploads.

If you go to the Politicus Maximus login page you'll see a "Forget your password?" link. Click on this, enter your email address, click, and it should send the associated account information to that address.
