I like to use GuruNet. Alt-click on a word and you get dictionary, thesaurus, translations, and (if you pay) more. Works with any program that displays text.
Just downloaded this, it's great! In fact, superlatives fail me!

As the person at EvC Forum responsible for browser compatibility, I'm curious how popular this browser is becoming. I normally only test behavior in IE and NS.
