Faith writes: Yes, stupidest thing ever since Islam wants to rule the world, and Satanism is inimical to all sane culture. But the reality is that you live in the US and in the US, Thank God!, we do have freedom of religion. That means that in the US Satanism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, animism, atheism, agnosticism all have equal standing with Christianity. Sorry Faith but fortunately that is the Law of the Land.

As long as we now apply the same standards to requests from any other religious group it will be lawful. But as soon as some fools turn down a request from the local Madrassa the whole concept of Religious Freedom will be tested.
Unfortunately there is a possibility, maybe even a likelihood that that could well happen. Remember "It can't happen here"? The biggest threat to the continuation of the US as a free nation is the rise of a Charismatic Christian politician.

Faith writes: It's a stupid law of the land if it allows freedom to openly totalitarian murderous "religions." So you might claim; yet the fact it it is the US Constitution. Thank God!

Faith writes: MARRIAGE IS AN INSTITUTION that is not for gays, period. Not true Faith. Marriage is a State Licensed legal contract. Religion or the beliefs of your cult are totally irrelevant. YOU DO NOT GET TO REDEFINE THIS. You are free to set the rules for your silly cult but not for anyone else.

Faith writes: The state's definition of marriage is ********** when there is a definition given by God, and it's God's Christians are obliged to honor: marriage is beteween one man and one woman, period. Sorry Faith but reality once again simply says you are wrong. It's fine for the God you made up to determine the rules for your cult but you do not get to redefine marriage for anyone else. Reality Faith. Marriage is a State Licensed legal contract. NEITHER YOU OR THE GOD YOU CREATED GET TO REDEFINE THIS.

Faith writes: It's no longer a free country so I'm not allowed to obey God over the state, which means I'll obey God if I'm put in the position to choose, and take my punishment. Of course this is still a free country but while you are free to make up any God you want that does not mean you are free to break the laws of the State.

Well, since he has not censored you in any way (peek shows what your spiel in full) it is hardly totalitarian.

The topic is "A Believers Critique Of The Humanist Manifesto" and the Harvard Divinity School which is certainly a voice of some believers has a page on the Humanist Manifestos as part of its Religious Literacy Project.
A simple critique of the Humanist Manifestos (there have been three) is as follows:

And he has not censored you. Everything you post can be seen through the peek function.

Faith writes: No, I believe it is not a free country any more when a Christian cannot obey God without being punished for it, as the businesses who refused to cater a gay wedding were punished.. But it was not "Christians", rather just a simple cultist Chapter of Club Christian. They were treated no differently that other Christian cults that have practices that break laws like dancing with venomous serpents, drinking poison or practicing polygamy. It is not God's Law you are obeying but simply the dogma of your particular Chapter of Club Christian.

Just like the cult members that believe God commands them to take up snakes or drink poison or have multiple wives.
You can claim your "True Christian" status all you want but it is no more legitimate than any other silly claim.

Phat writes: Christianity is not fully supportable by or through evidence. Christianity is a tested belief. A belief validated through scripture, the experience of believers, and countless testimonies that corroborate each other despite having separate incidents and locations. Word Salad with absolutely no meaning. I am a Christian. I support my position based on what is actually written in the Bible. So far you have failed to present a single Apologist that seems to believe what is actually written in the Bible.
Phat writes: Supernatural manifestations are one of the clearest signs that point to the reality of God's presence among us. Then present that evidence and the evidence that shows it is a supernatural manifestation.
Phat writes: Though you claim to be a believer, you lean more towards their side than you do the apologists, not all of whom lie and misrepresent anything. Then present the evidence that shows an Apologist actually supports what is really written in the Bible and does not just make up shit to explain that the Bible does not mean what it actually says?
