I can see signs in the US of Religious Rights Erosions, and I can see a very strong desire and drive to erode those rights. It is still small and not yet effective, but when Criminals like Judge Moore can garner support, particularly the level of support we saw, it is certainly a threat.
Other clear signs of the growing support of those who would like to erode Religious Rights is the Defense of Marriage Act and the push for a Constitutional Amedment Defining Marriage. The push to add Creationism is yet another troubling sign of our Religious Rights being eroded.

Yup, I definitely have to agree.
While there is certainly still religious rights here in the US, there are also those such as Judge Roy Moore that are working hard destroy those rights and to turn this into the Theocracy of America.
He is no different than the Imams of the Taliban. Why he was not tried and convicted as a vriminal I will never understand.

I will agree with you that the Religious Freedom Restoration Bill was a blatent attempt to restrict religious rights in the US. Fortunately, it was struck down as being unconstitutional. So while there are attempts like RFR that try to limit religious freedom, so far our system has protected us.

Re: Why?
Must have been the Annual Haggis Cookoff. The same thing happened to me when I lived in South Georgia every year during Chitlin Chompin Days and down here in Texas during the Meneudo Marshalling.

But everything that you've posted so far simply affirms that Religious Rights are NOT being eroded.
I don't think that anyone would argue that there are not attempts to both erode and to expand religious rights, but so far you have not shown a single example of such events.
That is not to say that they do NOT exist. IMHO, there are several clear examples of attempts to erode religious rights in the US. A few examples are the Defense of Marriage Act, the current push for a Constitutional Amendment defining marriage, the attempt of Judge Moore to establish a State Religion in Alabama and the Constitution Restoration Act.
Those are all clearly attacks upon Religious Rights in the US and certainly should be opposed.

These hostlities have the Constitution really saying the existence of Bibles/Ten Commandments in government/schools violates the Contract.
The existence of the Bible or the Ten Commandments in a public school or building does not violate the contract. Saying that Knowledge, Laws and Justice are dependent or based on the Ten Commandments or on the Bible certainly does.

The question though is slightly different.
Is allowing a tax exemption for a church treating Religous Organizations differently than Secular ones?

Re: The question though is slightly different.
Then if it is granted automatically, the religious group is being treated differently. Am I understanding correctly?

Are you your Brothers keeper?
You are stealing scripture in order to promote socialism. You represent the secular world perfectly. You want the Church and the rich to care for the poor.
Just what would you describe any and all of the early Christian Communities if not Socialistic?
Come on now.

A cross on federal/State property is not an endorsement of any religion
Of course it is. Don't be silly.
The writers and framers of the Constitution did not intend the Contract to be used to erase the God of the Bible out of the State.
That is EXACTLY what they meant to do. Thank GOD!

So, since you can not come up with a single, even one single, example of any religious rights being eroded, you tell us your real plan.
We want crosses/ten comandments displays because it is our country and our Constitution.
And that is it in a nutshell.
There is no difference between you and the Taliban, and THAT is why we need the Constitution. It is people just like you that would like to turn this into a Theocracy, and not even a Christian Theocracy, but one based on your version of Christiantity.
edited to soften my outrage at such a post.
