One of the common assertions by Creationists is that Evolution has never been shown, all that has been shown is "variation within KIND."
I would like to try to work with that concept to see if perhaps rewording what evolution means might help. To start off, I propose we discuss the Three Kinds.
    There is the:

  1. Living Kind.
  2. Kind where we are not quite sure if it is living or not.
  3. Not Living Kind.
When we look at the first two KINDS we can see that the record over time shows that they have changed. We can also see that the first two KINDS seem to be biological in nature while the last does not exhibit biological characteristics. In addition, so far everything we have seen seems to fall into one of those three categories.
So are there any other KINDS?

Animal Vegetable or Mineral doesn't much matter
All animals and plants are alive.
Viruses may or may not be alive.
Minerals are not alive.

Looking at the second KIND
When we look at the second KIND, those things where we are not quite sure if they are alive or not, we see a whole bunch of different ways to pass on their characteristics. Viruses don't quite have the normal cell we see in the first KIND; they seem to use both RNA and DNA and even there they seem to use a variety of single strand and double strand arrangements, some direct reading, others needing to be transcribed before reading, some forward reading and others reverse reading.

Re: Looking at the second KIND
But the Second KIND is stuff that may or may not be alive, so either way it is okay.

Re: Exactly 22 Kinds, here they are listed:
But texts after Genesis list additional kinds. In fact there are a half dozen or so bird Kind.
But to return to the OP, are there any other kinds. So far everything you mentioned would fit in one of the three mentioned.

Re: Exactly 22 Kinds, here they are listed:
Sorry, I guess I just don't understand what the point of this is. I mean, the Bible and related texts describe many kinds (oh and what are the verse numbers to give those 6 bird kinds?), so I don't see how your three are relevant to anything.
They all through Leviticus, some in Deuteronomy.
But since you wanted others, how about fire, plasma, muon, quark, light (from gamma to radio), antimatter, white dwarf, bacteria, fungi, extremophile, black hole, dark matter, superstring, and dark energy, for fun?
Wouldn't all those fit in one of the three kinds?

Re: Exactly 22 Kinds, here they are listed:
Screw Genesis.
And no, I won't supply all the passages but a search on Kinds should help. I'll try to find a few for you and append them in.
Leviticus 11 writes:
22Even these of them ye may eat; the locust after his kind, and the bald locust after his kind, and the beetle after his kind, and the grasshopper after his kind.
Leviticus 11 writes:
14And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;
Leviticus 11 writes:
19And the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.
Deuteronomy 14 writes:
16And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,
Leviticus 11 writes:
These also shall be unclean unto you among the creeping things that creep upon the earth; the weasel, and the mouse, and the tortoise after his kind,
There are a few but I think you can get the idea.
