Y2K was not a doomsday concern. But it was a concern nonetheless. Only dumbasses thought computer glitches would cause the world to end.
And I would say the same about those who accept the 2012 crap.

No, there's a difference. Y2K was a real concern.
I wasn't saying there was no legitimate concern, I was saying that it was not a doomsday point. There was no way Y2K was going to end the earth any more than a misunderstood ending of a Mayan calender is going to end the world in 2012.
