Why isn't his question serious? It strikes me as such.
The classic atheist position is "belief that there is no god." Since this is a "faith" position, it does not sit well with some atheists. The atheist position that is touted by some on EvC forum is
lack of belief in any god, in particular those who have been proposed by major religions, with the possibility that a different god
may exist.
So the question of the OP seems reasonable for this sort of atheist. What sort of god could exist in your opinion? What would he/she/it be like?
