Can't see it
clearly I'm missing some software, when I go to the chat room all I see is an empty box and a red x in the corner

IE gives me the X box, Opera makes me try to log in again when I get to that page.

Try safari, explorer and firefox? I find lots of sites where safari works but explorer doesn't and vice versa
