War and Majority

I would suggest that the U.S. would be better spending a big chunk of money on rebuilding the civilian infrastructure. The previous war more or less "bombed them back to the stone age". Last November I posted a notably controversion statement in the "State sponsored terrorism" topic.I am VERY slowly putting together my grand concluding statement for that topic, but for right now, I must say that I still stand behind my feelings posted there.
