i have a book by dr seuss that nobody's ever heard of. it's called the "tough coughs as he ploughs the dough." the peculiarity of the title is only really apparent when written: -ough is written four times, but pronounced four different ways.

there was some anecdote in it about ted in his younger years having problems with the phrase in school, and why it shouldn't be read "the tuff cuffs as he pluffs the duff" or perhaps "the toff coffs as he ploffs the doff" or ... well you get the idea.

Unless you are trying to turn this into a political debate, capitols indeed do not matter for this discussion. Capitals are a different story.

there's always the text-transform property that will suck the capitals out of even the loudest capitalization:
