Mmmmm... I think you've got that the wrong way round. 16 years a veggie, and I still have trouble accepting tofu on my plate. It has to be done just right or it just tastes like rubber. But there's a restaurant here in seattle called 'the teapot' which does an all vegan menu full of soy beef/chicken and fish...
I'm salivating just thinking about it.
