Well, guess what? The majority of women could be overpowered by the majority of men, and yet we don't freak out every time a man hits on us.

I spent a whole year at Uni living next to possibly the gayest man in exsistence, he also happened to be a particularly unattractive example of homo sapiens, and to put it bluntly he took a liking to me.
At the time I was playing first team rugby for the Uni which rather cut my options down, if I had gone to the college principle, explained the situation and asked to move rooms he would have laughed at me and said what you can`t handle it yourself, if I had "handled" it myself I would have been in more trouble as he ran to said principle and said "look what the nasty rugby player did"...
The solution was fairly elegant I got a girlfriend in another college and lived over there....
The problem wasn`t that he was gay but that he was a)repulsive and b)would not accept that his attentions were unwanted...
If he had been able to understand my use of the vernacular "fuck off Russell I`m not interested" we probably could have been friends....
(n.b said girlfriend is now my wife)

There is if they "force themselves on other men" as you put it its rape and they go to prison....
Or did you mean exsisting and being gay by "force themselves..."?

Does the same thing (that there should be a punishment) apply to straight men who hit on lesbians? If not why not? After all thats as much sexual harassment as what you described....
Oh and read post 17 and you`ll note that I have experience with being hit upon...

No worries then...
Americans? does that mean I can hit on lesbians with impunity?
