Argon is a "noble gas" or an "inert gas". It has a full shell of valence electrons. It reacts chemically with pretty much nothing at all, even under pretty extreme conditions. It may well be very stable "in its containment" but only if it is trapped in a cage of atoms that are bonded to each other. It will not form bonds of its own in any plausible geological setting.
It won't bounce far.

I have thought that out, yes. Argon atoms are born right there in the rock when potassium-40 atoms decay.

Who is "they?" Goblins?
Cooling of molten rock can cause the formation of crystals - and slowly, if the rock cools slowly down underground. Potassium-40 decays very slowly. If an atom of it decays after the crystal it is in has formed, the resultant argon atom can get trapped. Is there something unclear there?

Nothing here has explained why you like using biggish words like "spectroscopy" without any faint clue what they mean, either.

I'm a chemist, OS. I sort of know some of the basic techniques. You are the participant here who seems to be a bit out at sea.

Marie Curie and her friends and associates are well over a century ahead of you on this, Creation. The paths of nuclear decay, and the paths that don’t get followed, were pretty well worked out by 1950. Old news, in other words.

Lots of relation. If the only source of an isotope is, say, in the decay chain from uranium 235, that’s where it had to have come from. Unless, I guess, it was planted by Satan to deceive mankind, like some say fossils were.

I vote for intentionally misrepresentating stuff he doesn’t understand.

Creation, I’m really fairly certain that this whole issue of C14 dating does NOT, in actual fact, rest on whether or not a person who has studied it pretty extensively does, or does not, post some pictures you want to see on some corner of the Internet. I’m going to bet that the pictures you want were published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal perhaps back when I was in high school. I’m pretty sure they didn’t make it on to the Internet then, but they did get into a library. ( That’s the big building that has a large herd of books inside, over there on the college campus.)

I don’t know if you noticed, but 5480 is a larger number than 4500.

Oh, while you’re at it, creation, your comments on how other elements transform into iridium, in either this nature on in your previous nature? With a little detail, please.

Hi, dad! Welcome aboard!
Those rudists are the rudest, aren’t they? Contradicting your claims of fast-growing trees in Genesis! The nerve! Which verses say that? I don’t remember......

Dad, please propose a mechanism, any mechanism, in any former nature you prefer, in which a tree can or would grow multiple rings every day. How does that happen? Was in winter several times daily back then, and trees shed their leaves on the odd hours?
I’m seriously asking - how does that happen? "The Christian church, in its attitude toward science, shows the mind of a more or less enlightened man of the Thirteenth Century. Dad, why don’t you go read the first pages of this very thread. RAZD answered nearly all your technical or semi-techical questions before you even got here. And he answered them in detail, with references to the published work where they were studied.
After you do that, you could perhaps shut up and go home.

Watch out, Ringo! Each passing day the news makes it look more and more like orcs really do exist!
