Is there some good reason you are trying to trash Darwin?
As was pointed out above, even if Darwin was a vile character that doesn't change the theory of evolution one bit. If you don't like the theory of evolution, why don't you spend your time more productively, such as actually learning something about it and trying to find problems with either the evidence or theory?

Do you think what he really was saying is as racist as you were originally interpreting it to be? I think the whole purpose of that opening post was to try to trash Darwin, and hence to discredit the theory of evolution. Unfortunately for creationists, it doesn't work that way in the sciences. In the sciences you need evidence. If creationists had evidence I'm sure we would have seen some by now...Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge. What do think he meant by savage races? "Savage" denotes a cultural condition. It has nothing to do with race, intelligence or much of anything else.Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge. What did he mean by savage races, common, the man said he would rather be a baboon or a monkey than a savage, and I quoted him, it's funny I'm now being accused of interpreting it racially. Darwin referred to half the human race as savages, you can't defend that by attacking me for pointing out. In the post where I defined "savage" as a cultural condition I didn't refer to you at all. But in a previous post I did attack you for your opening post which attempts to discredit the theory of evolution by discrediting Darwin himself. That's a typical creationist tactic relying on "appeal to authority" rather than evidence. I note you haven't responded to that one.Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge. Belief gets in the way of learning--Robert A. He meant aborigine people and black people. Not cultures Can you document that?Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge. If there was any evidence you and I wouldn't be here. Your still off topic. If you mean evidence for the theory of evolution, you'd be wrong. And I know something about that evidence. Fossil man and human osteology were half of my study for the Ph.D. exams in Anthropology some years back. And I'll let the moderators determine who is on and off topic.Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge. Then you will also know the fossil record and lack evolving inter species type fossils would have woken any thinking humanoid by now, but in imagine you are now progressing the illness by teaching it too. Oh dear. Yes, I have taught evolution in the past. But then, I have actually studied the evidence at some length--passing the Ph.D. exams in most universities is not just a formality. To what relevant degree have you aspired, and what is your formal study in the field?Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge. Twenty years study and proof to show beyond cavil that evolution theory is not science. All the known and observed evidence on the planets and the earth refutes evolution. Twenty years of study! And proof too? Perhaps we have underestimated you. Please start a new thread devoted just to the known and observed evidence that refutes evolution. The moderators here like to keep the topics within each thread tightly focused, so a new thread would be appropriate. I look forward to hearing about that evidence.Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge. Belief gets in the way of learning--Robert A. You still haven't answered my original question, way upthread.
Why are you attempting to trash Darwin? Do you think that will help prove his theory wrong or something?Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge.
