I hope they don't require a seperate passport as well.
I think you're mixing up passports and visas. One passport will do for everywhere, but different countries require different visas.
You don't need a visa for Belgium unless you're staying more than three months, which you're not.
The same applies to the Ukraine, you
will need a visa if you're staying more than 90 days, you don't say, otherwise you won't. Also you need valid health insurance however long you're staying. See

As far as I can see, if you're in Crimea you're still in Ukraine, so that's not a problem.
Where's your girlfriend during all this? I thought she'd already come to you ...
