LessonS learned?
When Bush Jr. invaded Iraq based on lies, the largest lesson learned by ALL the nations in the world was to acquire nuclear weapons for deterrents against the US, . . . quickly.
Now, surely MORE nuclear weapons in the world is NOT a good thing, but, if I was Iran, it would be very smart to acquire nuclear weapons because america has invaded dozenS of countries ILLEGALLY these past centuries (while Iran has not invaded ANY country). Do you have any condemnation against the usa for this? Nah, didn't think so.
The second biggest lesson about Bush Jr. lying to its citizens is, indeed, that americans SHOULD be extra vigilant AGAINST false-accusations in the future. Unfortunately, it seems this is a lesson that conservatives (Fox ""News" viewers) are simply unable/unwilling to learn. I believe scientists have already identified the defective "retard-gene" in conservatives that account for this.
Regarding the following items, it would be nice to hear from you equal condemnation, but because of the afore-mentioned "retard-gene" I don't expect it:
1. Israel oppressing, torturing, murdering Palestinians, stealing their land, controlling their water, health care, economy. Condemnation?
2. US and Israel threatening hostilities, sending aircraft carriers into nearby Iranian waters. How would you feel if Iran sent their navy into the Gulf of Mexico? Condemnation?
3. The US surrounding Iran's border with military bases is threatening, increases risk of hostilities. How would you feel if Iran had military bases in Mexico and Canada? Condemnation?
4. Israel assassinating Iranian scientists is a war crime. How would you feel if Iranians were assassinating us citizens inside of usa? Condemnation?
5. US violating Iran's airspace with drone flights. How would you feel if Iranian aircraft were flying over your house? Condemnation?
6. US led sanctions causing Iran's economy to plummet. How would you feel if you become unemployed due to Iranian "sanctions"? Condemnation?
7. Allowing/supporting India/Pakistan with Nuclear weapons but unilaterally deciding against Iran. How would you feel if Iran granted Cuba nuclear weapons while preventing the usa from nuclear weapons? Condemnation?
You're a smart guy when it comes to archaeology Coyote, I enjoy your posts in the science sections of this forum. But very dumb, hateful, terrified, and full of hypocrisy about politics/foreign policy.

Re: LessonS learned?
Your reply, filled with such detailed, clear, intelligent, and honest counter-points, has rendered all my arguments destroyed.
Kudos AE.

Still waiting for the map that shows hostile Iranian military bases surrounding the usa. Perhaps you "accidentally" forgot?

I'm still waiting for the map of us bases, not the NATO ones.
1. Out of over forty military bases on the map, you allegedly identified only ONE that is a NATO base.
2. And even that argument is moot because NATO is an organization that largely serves the US easterly expansion goals.
AE writes:
Lol you can’t expect me to take you seriously on this topic.
Then don't respond, no one has a gun to your head. In the meantime, I am waiting for ANY evidence that Iran is threatening the usa. Ignorant and apathetic americans were EASILY fooled into invading Iraq based on WMD lies the last time. A true test of retardation is if the same lies fool the same people the second time. So far, Obama and the corporate media are counting on it:
quote:
ABC's Iran Propaganda
In its effort to substantiate Clapper's strong claim, ABC could only provide the most dubious evidence. As Raddatz announced:
He pointed specifically to last year's plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to the United States and to reports that Iran has been supporting Hezbollah cells in Latin America.
ABC also illustrated the supposed Iranian threat with stock footage of weaponry and soldiers from an Iranian military parade--suggesting without spelling it out that viewers ought to feel threatened by a military force roughly1/40th the size of the United States' armed forces.
