Well, I think it all depends. If you ask Flyer75, I think he'll be rather positive about the talks I had with him. More recently ICDESIGN complimented Percy, Dr. adequate and me for being civil. Ask Bolder-dash, or archaeologist, and I think their view will be rather different.You see, if someone comes on here screaming and being all haughty like and insulting people left and right (like archie, essentially calling people dishonest and stupid), while also giving not a single sign of intending to learn anything, I will be a "dick" to them, after first trying a "neutral" post. Though I'd like to think that my being a dick is not so much directly insulting them and saying things like "you were fucked by your daddy", it's a more subtle way, and usually done a bit more humurously (though, of course, it might not be perceived as such). Or at least, I like to think it is. For if there's no purpose to talking to them, I can ate least have a little fun.I will admit I went all out against Davidmabus, but he's insane anyway, so that matters little.

No it isn't. What you are doing here however, is. Yes. And I want future generations to have an even better life than I have had. We will be glorious man, shining example for the galaxy. Not bigotted fuckwits who have miserable lives. That is the vision of the future I hope we one day will achieve, not the misery and suffering that creationists want us to be in. Which is why so many theists accept it, right? Seemed it has deafened you, then. The reason why I want people to have a rational mind, is because that is the way forward for humanity, it will give us so much better lives in future generations. Rather than the ignorance that creationists are peddling, which will only lead to deteriorating conditions for everyone, until we're all unhappily living in the dark ages again. That is why I want to convince other people, and no other reason.

No we don't. In fact, we are in favour of discussions about evolution. What we are against is the bat shit crazy stuff creationists come up with, that is not evolution, but which they like to equate to it anyway.
