Good Doctor!

Hey! I am interested in switching over to natural / organic diet as my doctor says that I should as soon as I can. I am looking for affordable natural or organic food to cure myself as I do not have too much money. Someone please help me out! Thanks!
Hi Justin. Good doctors who actually consider diet as a major factor in wellness, health and healing are likely more tolerated by your government as in Europe, Mexico and other nations. Consider yourself fortunate to have such a doctor.
The answer to your question imo is that in counting the cost of food, you need to consider the amount of nutrition per dollar you are getting for your hard earned income. Which is more expensive per lb, a lb of pasturized cheese or a lb of avacado? What is more expensive, a lb of ice cream or a lb of mango? What is more expensive, a lb of raw organic rolled oats or a lb of potatoe chips?
There's all the relative cheap foods you need for correcting the diet that has made you sickly or physically weak. The fact that you are on line indicates that you have at your fingertips a whole lot of info on wellness naturally. As well, your doc may have some good suggestions.

This is true. My position has changed from "organic foods provide no benefits over regular foods" to "organic foods don't provide nearly enough benefit over regular foods to justify the cost."
The body can't be replaced. If you're going to skimp you might better opt to get frugal with cheap oil & fuel for the replaceable auto, applying the savings to the irreplaceable mind, body and soul.
