Young-Earth Evolutionist. I believe the universe evolved two weeks ago, only with the appearance of great age, etc. etc.
My musical tastes are as deep as the Clyde and twice as wide, but here are the things I've listened to lately:
The Soul Sessions-Joss Stone
Chutes Too Narrow-The Shins
Beauty Is a Rare Thing-Ornette Coleman
Here Come the Warm Jets-Brian Eno
Phantasy op. 47 for piano & violin-Arnold Schoenberg (Yehudi Menuhin and Glenn Gould)
Tesoro/Mi corazn es tuyo-Graciela Beltrn (con banda)
Plastic Fang-Jon Spencer Blues Explosion
The La's-The La's
I bet I'm the only one who gets Moose's reference to the Leningrad Cowboys. Aki Kaurismaki is my second favorite Finnish director, and Leningrad Cowboys Go America is a hysterically deadpan film about the roots-rockin' Russian band.

I Could Be Wrong, But I'm Not
Once again, you introduce only irrelevancies to the debate. I proved somewhere that you and Wounded King are like tits on a bull, and Popper will back me up on this. The only valid way to listen to music is one note at a time, and as a result my World Catalog of Music project is only up to ABBA so far and my neighbors have complained. I also deplore the ideology that is reflected by the whole East Coast-West Coast comparison, and Ice-T's 'Born Dead' seems to advocate eugenics at least to my ears.

Esteban Hambre
