Thats true
It an old missunderstanding that humans only use around 10% of their brain power, and should be able to learn to use more of it, upto 100%.

Its like saying that a car should be able to go forward, backwards, steer right, left, break, accelerate and use all gears at the same time. -Oh! cars nowadays only use 10% of their functions at any given time, in the future they should do all these things at once! lol!
