Noah's Worldwide Flood, Bible says No!
Genesis 8:11 says the dove returned with " a freshly plucked olive leaf". but Genesis 7:21 indicates the olive tree was submerged in water and Genesis 7:24 that it was submerged for five or more months. Now go an ask an arborist what condition the olive tree would be in at the end of five or more months underwater. The five that I have consulted all say "Dead and Leafless". Local flood perhaps, worldwide flood no way. Still have doubts. OK! Go to a nursery and obtain a small 2 gallon olive tree and submerge it in a swimming pool for five months and observe what happens.
Ever try to build the largest wooden ship ever with eight people? The epic of Gilgamesh tell us that the ark was made of reeds. Gopher wood may be the Hebrew phonetic rendering of Guffa, a bowl shaped vessel made of reeds. If there was an ark it may have looked like the Mudhif of the Marsh Arabs of southern Iraq. The only tool required would be a lump of obsidian.
Was there a flood? Possibly. The flooding of the Back Sea by the Mediterranean Sea is a good prospect as it was massive and very long lasting. Read Noah's Flood by William Ryan and Walter Pitman.
If you have further interest try reading "The Evolution of Genesis" on Amazon Kindle for other possible Biblical solutions.

Re: Noah's Worldwide Flood, Bible says No!
Tell me how you reconcile a God that kills little children and the compassionate Jesus who never killed anyone.
Study your ancient history around the time of the supposed world wide flood and tell me how people of Stonehenge, Egypt, Indus Valley and China managed to escape drowning. Maybe someone forgot to tell them they were underwater? Do the experiment and stop reading the Bible as though it were a comic book.
