I would imagine that such a forum might exist, but it might need to be in an alternate universe. I don't follow Canadian politics - I have seen a few things that suggest you have some, erm,
points of contention up there - but here in Texas rational discourse just does not happen.
There are about forty of us left-wingers outside of Austin, Houston, and the Rio Grande Valley, and many, many vocal ultra-rightists everywhere - and we don't much get along with each other. I occasionally try to have a discussion, but end up disengaging after only a start. If you get called names immediately, you can pretty much tell that it won't end well......
