I've corresponded with him. That site he took down explained his view of Adam and the fall.
He believed Adam was an australopithecine living in the Mediterranean basin five million years ago. The flood was the filling of the Mediterranean. The inpouring of the Atlantic, he says, changed the temperature enough to cause the massive rains.
Pretty far-fetched. I asked him why he bothered struggling so hard for a literal Genesis, and basically he said he was going to struggle for it until he just couldn't.
