I'm a'gin it for the same reason I oppose the death penalty.
It may be that some criminals don't deserve to live--but I don't want the state deciding who deserves to die.
Similarly, maybe some people are so ignorant we'd be better off if they didn't vote--but I don't want the state deciding who those people are.
