I have one strong "suggestion." Please remove the image from your signature. You are deep linking to someone else's website, using their bandwidth for a signature line. Deep linking is an issue that has come up here before and I'm not comfortable with it, especially for a picture that is being used in such a personal fashion.
Pictures of your own can be used as an avatar under your name to the left of your posts. The avatar upload area is found at the very bottom of your "Profile" page, accessed from the left end of the very topmost menu line.
