Here is one they missed (sort of):
There are cases on the west coast where mtDNA continuity is present from before to after the purported date of the flood. This has been documented through archaeology.
One case involves a skeleton from southern Alaska dated at 10,300 years. mtDNA matching that individual's lineage has been found in living individuals stretching from southern California to the tip of South America.
Another case involves a skeleton from California dated to 5,300 years. It has mtDNA which matchies living individuals in the same area. This case is from my own research.
If a global flood occurred at the appointed time, ca. 4,350 years ago, these mtDNA lineages would have been wiped out and replaced by near eastern lineages. Didn't happen.
