The state of the Holmes
I used to pile POTM nominations on Holmes.

Somewhere along the line (before his long vacation from the forum) I got the impression that Holmes' (aka Silent H) writing style had sometimes/often lost its clarity.
​
Not that the content quality or logic quality declined (or did it?) - It's something like Holmes starting speaking like a lawyer. Language so precise that I often had difficulty following what he was trying to say.
​
Has anyone else gotten this impression?

I really don't understand why it is - Maybe it's my mind going bad.
​
All I know is that my personal appraisal of Holmes' messages were that they were interesting, informative, and very readable. Thus many POTM nominations. Somewhere along the line that changed and I started getting more of a "what is going on here?" feeling.
​
In admin mode, trying to review the Holmes/Crashfrog clashes just left me clueless of what to think of the whole situation.
