In that case, I have a place to recommend in Belize if you're interested. The tour is literally swimming (very cold), crawling, and climbing through the cave to what they think was once a refuge for Mayans, nothing like most cave tours of the United States. Can't remember its name, as I went there a couple of summers ago and have a very weak memory for names in general, but will try to find it again if you're interested.
