Hi Mod. If you can go to the drug store and get an acid test litmus paper roll or some over the counter acid test, get it and test your urine. For healing you want a 7.5 (slightly akaline) or higher. If you can't get it at the drug store sometimes pet stores have them. Go on line and check out the foods that are akaline and the ones that are acid. It'll amaze you how important this is to healing anything. Generally the green raw vegies, vegie juice and mild herbal teas (no black tea) are akaline foods.Regardless of what route you go for treatment, an alkaline ph will help you recover sooner. May God be with you and heal you. ABE: I might add that for well folks, if you do as I said to Mod and keep you ph at about 7.5 or higher you are much less likely to get sick.
