I thought Fox news was a spoof the first time I saw it.

yeah... I remember watching it just before the second Iraq war. They had some general on talking about the anti-war protesters. The general said "those people are mentally ill and anti-american, they should be locked up". The presenter just went "thanks for those words general, I'm sure many of our viewers would agree with you".
weak weak stuff.

Because he does not believe in free speech or the right of the people to protest?
Besides poor taste, what crime had the man in the first picture committed that you feel he should be singled out?
And as for picture three - I suspect that is a pisstake.

Is the specific punctuation mark at the end of my sentence unclear?

I've found it-
quote:
Wrong. There was 2 tons of nuclear material moved out of the country
The only two tons refered to in your links is some material is some material that the U.S. has moved from Iraq.
From your OWN link:
After 1992, roughly 2 tons of natural uranium, or yellow cake, some low enriched uranium and some depleted uranium was left at Tuwaitha under IAEA seal and control, he said.
So clearly that never posed a threat, your claim made it sound like it had been sneaked out of the country and we had never known about it.
quote:
We have been attacked with artillery shells that contained sarin/mustard.
This is pretty weak stuff as well, if you read the claims it is all "we suspect" stuff - your own links said that lab tests would have to be conducted to establish that sarin/mustard gas were actually in the shells. The only other stuff was shells that were buried years ago.
This is weak stuff, some noddy websites and news reports of claims.

quote:
Yes, the yellowcake was locked up in Tuwaitha under IAEA seal, but we weren't there for 4 years.
Do you even READ your own links?
IAEA inspectors left Iraq just before last year's U.S.-led war
quote:
I would like to point this out for future reference.
Gazi George, a former Iraqi nuclear scientist under Saddam's regime, told Fox News he believes many similar weapons stockpiled by the former regime were either buried underground or transported to Syria. He noted that the airport where the device was detonated is on the way to Baghdad from the Syrian border.
Well Tony Blair BELIEVED but that's not evidence is it?
quote:
There are more WMD in Iraq, but its all still classified. I know I can't use that as evidence for this forum. My best guess as to why they don't unclass it yet is because the intel guys don't want a couple barrels of mustard, VX, or Sarin. They want to know where they came from. If we revealed where we've seen this stuff it would compromise the individuals feeding us the intel and they would be killed. Then we would have less intel and no leads.
It's got bells on it.
quote:
Now without violating any OPSEC, I'm not talking about stuff buried somwhere. I'm talking about hot items that are being stored in people's garages. If I were a guessing man I'd say Saddam buried/hid most of it in Syria, and it is being ferried little by little back across.
"Saddam is the type who will not store those materials in a military warehouse. He's gonna store them either underground, or, as I said, lots of them have gone west to Syria and are being brought back with the insurgencies," George told Fox News. "It is difficult to look in areas that are not obvious to the military's eyes.
Weak, weak stuff - more claims, still no evidence.

I also believe Al Qaeda and other terrorists from Syria, Iran, and other places will suffer a major loss if Iraq becomes a free and stable democracy.
I agreed - shame that seems unlikely. Most of my british sources feel the place is fucked.

The fight against "terrorists" has always been two-faced if you consider the money that americans shuffed into the pockets of murderers like Sinn Fein/IRA.
