There is a posiblitly that Donald could end up in the clink should he go to Germany; there is a case been lodged in Germany naming Mr Rumsfeld in a war crimes issue over the prison abuses...

is there a case to answer? should he answer to the charges? should he stay should he go? If he doenst go, is that an admission there IS a case to answer?
